Copy Certificate Request
Pembrokeshire Register Office holds entries for all birth, adoption, marriage, civil partnership and death registrations where the event took place in Pembrokeshire. If the event took place elsewhere you will need to contact the local register office where the event took place.
Certificates cost £11.00 each and your certificate will be issued by this office and can either be collected from us or posted Royal Mail 2nd class within 15 working days. If collecting we will telephone you when your certificate is ready.
If you require your certificate urgently, you can select our Priority Service. The fee for this is £35.00 and includes the certificate fee. Your certificate will be issued and posted Royal Mail 1st Class the same working day if your application is received before 11.30am or next working day if received after 11.30am. Please note we cannot guarantee next day delivery unless you select the Priority Service and pay for Royal Mail Next Day Delivery for which there is an additional fee of £8.50.
For the purpose of detection and prevention of crime, information relating to this application may be passed to other government departments or law enforcement agencies.
