Copy certificate request

Pembrokeshire Register Office holds information for all birth, marriage, civil partnership and death registrations that took place in Pembrokeshire.

If the registration took place elsewhere e.g. outside of Pembrokeshire, you would need to contact the relevant local register office (opens in a new tab).

Standard service

Certificates cost £12.50 each.

Your certificate can be posted to you via Royal Mail 2nd class (within 15 working days). A signed for option is available for £3.50. You can also collect it from our office at Pembrokeshire Archives.

Priority service

If you need your certificate urgently, you can use our Priority service

The fee for a priority certificate is £38.50. 

Your certificate will be posted to you via Royal Mail 1st class

  •         same working day if your application is received before 11.30am
  •         next working day if received after 11.30am.

Please note: We cannot guarantee next day delivery unless you select the Priority service and pay for Royal Mail Next Day Delivery which is an additional fee of £8.50.

A signed for option is available for £3.50. You can also collect it from our office at Pembrokeshire Archives.

Please note: if you are collecting your certificate, we will phone you first to let you it is ready for collection.
