N.B. You do not need to log on to the booking system if you are a member of the public booking an appointment to register a birth or death, to give notice or to apply for a birth, death, marriage or CP certificate.
Birth, Death, Marriage or Civil Partnership certificate
Pembrokeshire Register Office holds information for all birth, marriage, civil partnership and death registrations that took place in Pembrokeshire.
If the registration took place elsewhere e.g. outside of Pembrokeshire, you would need to contact the relevant local register office (opens in a new tab).
